Culture journey to Shanxi for Excellent Overseas Students and Students from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, organized by Beijing Research Association for Students from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and overseas Chinese came to a successful end. Six students from Department of Journalism and Communication of our college took part in the journey. Among them, five are from Hong Kong and one is from Taiwan. They are the second student delegation from our college to attend culture journeys organized by the association. Last year, our college selected a group of students to visit Shandong Province.

With the theme of “the Virtue and beauty of Jin”, this culture journey covered many places in Shanxi, providing a chance for forty two students from twelve universities in Beijing to learn about the origin of Buddhism, experience Shanxi Business Culture and enjoy the beauty of ancient city. In this journey, the six students from college got to know how profound and extensive the Chinese culture is. At the same time, the journey aroused their patriotism and enriched their knowledge as well as brought them new friends.
